We care about your privacy.
We want you to have an amazing experience our site — and that includes feeling confident and safe when you’re sharing your personal information with us. So, we’ve put together the following Privacy Policy to help you understand what we’re doing with your personal info. We tried to make this policy easy to understand by removing the legal mumbo-jumbo, but our attorneys insisted on some of the more esoteric language below. (With all due respect to Aretha Franklin, we don’t usually use terms like “natural person.”)
If you have any questions about the language below or what it means, please contact us as privacy@kerrybodine.com.
Our company and your personal data
We are committed to protecting the privacy rights of our customers, visitors, and other users of our website in a responsible manner and in accordance with applicable law (including the GDPR and CCPA). Because your privacy is important to us, we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our site, as well as to illustrate your choices for managing your privacy preferences.
Personal data in this Privacy Policy means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, which information may be used to identify, directly or indirectly, such natural person.
Please be advised that we transfer to (if applicable), store, and process all personal data in the United States, and the affirmative consent you provide when interacting with our site represents your consent to such transfer, storage, and processing. You may withdraw such consent at any time by email to privacy@kerrybodine.com.
Personal data we collect
When you request information, sign up for our newsletter, download free resources, register for an event, or make a purchase from us, you provide us with personal data about you such as your name, email address, phone number, username, and password. When you make a purchase from us, we collect your payment information, but we do not store or process this information beyond providing it to our payment card processor Woo Commerce.
How we use and store your personal data
We use the personal data you provide through our site to communicate with you about your needs, to inform you of events or new insights that we think may interest you, and to complete the sale/delivery of products and services. We will not share your personal data with any third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide you with the services offered by us or to comply with the law.
You may unsubscribe from our email lists at any time by email to privacy@kerrybodine.com.
Your information is not stored unless:
-
You affirmatively contact the company by email or otherwise, in which case the information which you provide, including you email address, may be stored and used to provide the uses set forth herein.
Your information will no longer be stored when it is no longer used for the purpose for which it has been collected.
We use anonymous information to analyze our site traffic, but we do not examine this information for individually identifying information. In addition, we may use anonymous IP (Internet Protocol) addresses to help diagnose problems with our server or to administer our site.
Security, sharing and disclosure of personal data
We use service providers to provide certain online services to us, such as newsletter administration, credit card processing, analytics tools, and web hosting. We provide our service providers with only the information necessary for them to perform the agreed services.
We may disclose information about you to third parties if:
-
That disclosure is necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
-
To enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of service
-
To protect the security or integrity of our services
-
To protect the property, rights, and safety of us, our customers, or the public from harm or illegal activities
-
To respond in an emergency which we believe in good faith requires us to disclose information to assist in preventing the death or serious bodily injury of any person, or
-
To investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations.
Our site has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration.
Our site contains links to other websites. If you choose to visit other websites, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those other websites, and it is your responsibility to review the privacy policies at those websites to confirm that you understand and agree with their policies.

We will comply with your objection unless we can demonstrate prevailing legitimate interests in continuing to process your personal data, including the necessity of using your personal data for protecting legal claims or defending against such. In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we will delete any personal data that directly identifies you as an individual or your household.
